Carmela brings a gentle yet firm intuitive touch, pinpointing knots and releasing underlying myofascial tension for very therapeutic results. Certified in 2009 from Associates of Integrative Health in Bloomington, In. Additional training in Levels I & II CranioSacral Therapy, Level 1, 2 & 3 ELDOA. Techniques include Assisted Stretching, CranioSacral Therapy, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Sports, Swedish, and Trigger Point Therapy.
Mary has a gentle deep approach that eases tension and discomfort while restoring balance. Graduated from a 500 hour course at Associates of Integrative Health in Bloomington. Certified in 2002. Styles and techniques include Acupressure, Assisted Stretching, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, "Gentle" Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Polarity Therapy (certified), Prenatal Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Trigger Point Therapy.
Rachelle studied in the somatic approach to massage therapy which, along with her intuitive and calm nature, allows her to offer a blend of client-centered healing modalities. Graduated from a 660 hour course at BTI (Body Therapy Institute) in North Carolina. She received her massage therapy certification in 2016. Styles and techniques include Healing Touch, Prenatal Massage, Reiki, Biodynamic Cranialsacral Therapy (Level 1) and Swedish.
Utilizes deep tissue techniques, including trigger point therapy & training in Shiatsu to address injuries and pain. She considers the body from all four dimensions, considering all the muscles and movements. Her training in Thai massage gives her a variety of positions to help clients stretch muscles and achieve greater mobility. 1323 hrs East West program in Therapeutic massage and Shiatsu Anma from Centerpoint Massage and Shiatsu in Minneapolis & 72 hrs of training in Thai Yoga.

Grace is a local herbalist and yogi who has served the Bloomington community in a variety of holistic health modalities over the past 14 years. She currently operates Monarch Apothecary creating a line of herbal skin and body care products. Grace recently completed her 200hr YTT through Durga's Tiger School in Ecuador. Here she gathered the practice and teachings of Kaula Tantra Yoga and is inspired to share with Bloomington Community.
